Perform general maintenance and repairs, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, mechanical, and electrical work. Assist with the installation and repair of facility equipment and building components. Maintain District grounds, playgrounds, athletic fields, lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas. Repair furniture, equipment, fixtures, and other building components. Assist other maintenance team members with projects and work orders. Set up and move furniture and equipment for school and District events. Transport tools, equipment, supplies, and materials to job sites. Maintain tools, equipment, and District vehicles in safe working condition. Monitor and maintain needed maintenance and facility supplies. Complete basic maintenance records, work-order updates, and activity logs. Respond to urgent maintenance or safety concerns as needed. Work collaboratively with District staff and other trades to complete projects safely and efficiently. Perform other related duties as assigned.
